Concierge Nursing
Receive the care you deserve at the times that you need it. Concierge nursing is personalized, consistent nursing care, by a Registered Nurse, in the comfort and privacy of your home. This is ideal for those who are recovering from surgery, are managing complex medical conditions, or who just desire more personalized medical attention.

Services Provided
- Post-discharge care and coordination - whether from the hospital or a skilled nursing/rehabilitation facility, we provide discharge instruction review, medication reconciliation, assistance with follow ups and additional care as needed
- Post-operative care - discharge instructions review, medication reconciliation, assistance with wound care, dressing changes, and drain management as needed, assistance with follow ups, and additional care as needed
- Assistance with managing health concerns at home - this can include vital sign monitoring, medication organization, assistance with medication administration if needed, assistance with refill requests, assistance with scheduling appointments with primary care, specialists, testing and procedures, communication with providers and family, and more, based on need
- Mobile foot care - assessment of lower legs, nail care, skin care for feet, monitoring of conditions and wounds, communication with specialists - provided as a separate service with separate appointments scheduled for focused care
Payment
Concierge nursing is private pay and not billed to insurance. Charges may be per hour for shorter-term needs, subscription based, for longer-term care needs, or by the service, for foot care.
